You Don’t Find Happiness, You Create It !!

Happiness!! A big word in which the whole world can be measured. See, Whenever someone asks us how are you? At that time we answer I’m Good OR I’m Happy right?? Happiness Is the only thing which we can’t buy or which we can’t get from anyone. But there is one thing that can make us happy, That is soul !! See, if someone tells us a joke and at that time we keep thinking about something that was happened to us a few hours ago or a few days ago we lose the chance of becoming happy. If We get a chance to be happy we should enjoy it. There are only a few chances to be happy which we get from others. We should find happiness in small things. Such as, we can enjoy ourselves while cooking while doing study even while giving a speech. I read a blog a few days ago and there was a story in it, that I would like to share with you’ll, one day one student asked his guruji why all the problems Are just stuck with me ?? His guruji told him to bring one glass of water and a spoonful of salt. When he bought that guruji told him to mix it up and drink it. He did as per the instructions. Guruji asked him about the taste. He told the taste of water that is salty. Afterward, he and his guruji went to a lake and told the student to do some actions with the water of the lake. He added a spoonful of salt to a lake and drank some water from it. Guruji again asked for the taste. He told even if I added salt the taste is sweet. Then Guruji told him, “

If the mind is as small as glass, then grief comes and man suffers. But if the mind is like a huge lake, then the feeling of sorrow does not result. If happiness is the nature of man, then the human mind gets this vastness.” You may find that your happiness can be found in writing, reading, dancing, singing, working, helping others, and even sleeping soundly. This handful of happiness will gradually give your mind a vastness like that lake and then a spoonful of sorrow will dissolve somewhere in that vast lake. C’mon Let's find a handful of happiness to widen the mind !!
